What this site is
This site shows Mack’s work, services, and pricing, and gives you ways to inquire about a shoot. Shoots are confirmed and paid for directly with Mack; nothing is sold through this website itself.
Content and ownership
Every photograph on this site is the work of Mack Minaya, and client photographs appear with the clients’ permission. The photos, text, and design belong to Mack Minaya Photography. Don’t reproduce or reuse any of it without asking first.
Accuracy
We keep the site current, but pricing and availability can change. What’s confirmed with Mack directly is what counts, not what a cached page says.
No warranties, limited liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Mack Minaya Photography isn’t liable for damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
